Meet the team

I have been working in childcare for 10 years and have been in management for 6 years. I really enjoy developing people and helping them to become really great practitioners. I also really enjoy seeing the children come through from toddlers and leave the pre-school having had a great start to their early years education.
Outside of preschool, I am a mum of 2 who enjoys reading and walking my Goldendoodle called Teddy.

I joined First Steps in November 2024 and have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the children and seeing the new ones start. I am extremely passionate about helping SEND children and am working towards becoming the dedicated SendCo at First Steps.
I enjoy Reading and spending time with my Partner and Son

I've been in childcare 22 years and find the children's progress rewarding. I also enjoy spending time with my family and dogs.

I have been with First Steps for 24years. I love to see the children develop and learn new skills. I also enjoy the theatre, music and dog walking

I have worked in childcare for 13 years and I enjoys seeing the children learn, grow and develop. Outside of work I like to spend time with my daughter, socialising with friends and karaoke.

I have been in childcare for 4 years, it is rewarding to be part of the children's learning journey and helping them get ready to transition to school.  I like to read books, going for walks, being outdoors and spending time with my family.

I am excited to be starting my L3 apprenticeship and am eager to learn whilst working within EYF. I also work at an after-school childcare provider and enjoy reading in my spare time
